Yahoo messenger wont install?

ok i have done search after search and i found the same answers for my problem whenever i download yahoo messenger 7.0 i get a Error message that says "Could not load the DLL Library. The specified module could not be found." everything i have read about this problem says to uninstall yahoo messenger and reinstall it...this doesnt work...i also read go to download the specific file that is missing...but its not a spec. file its the WHOLE library from what its saying...from the looks of it I am NOT the first nore the last person that is happeneing to. what if anything else can i do? thank you for any help you may be able to give :) Danni

Jimmy wanted you to download Gaim, an alternate messenger program that also works with Yahoo! You should also update your anti-virus software and do a full system scan to see if there's anything that might be corrupting the files when you try to install them. If it still doesn't work, as mentioned above, you might have to try another instant messaging program. You can download the previous version of Yahoo! Messenger (link below) or use Gaim or Trillian, two other popular programs. If you really want to use the current Y! Messenger, you will have to contact customer support by clicking the button at the bottom of the second link below.
