How do you find your friend's ID on Myspace?

Had an id on yahoo taken ok dont want it back but can i still find the friends list for that id on yahooo ?

    The only way would be to see if you have those friends in your address book in your yahoo mail. Unless you can actually access your original ID, you could try emailing yahoo and asking them if they can help go to your current messenger list and click help at the top right, click report a problem to yahoo and fill in the box that comes up. Hope that helps. In future it is a good idea to keep all your friends email addresses in an email you can keep in your draft folder or mail to yourself.

I'm sorry to say that without the name and password, there's no way to view your friends list online. This is a perfect example why we should copy or address book and our friends list to another account. Just as a backup.

Best way is to go to your yahoo mail, they should be in your address list there, if you set messenger to add them automatically. There's a more convoluted work-around, if and only if... you archive your convos... If so, find where the archive file is saved on your 'puter, and check it for at least the names. I did that when someone stole my old nick.. and although it was time-consuming, it helped. Good luck!
