Can I log in MSN messenger with yahoo id?

I have a samsung eternity and am not able to log onto my yahoo app. everytime i log on, it says inval psswd.?

my password is not that hard, and i AM entering it correctly. I have even changed my password from my pc, deleted my id on my mobile, gone back onto my mobile and re-entered my log in, and it STILL says invalid password. my msn app works fine. I am even able to go into yahoo from my mobile, and log onto messenger from there with no problem.. please help! i called att thinking it was they're issue, and they turned it over to yahoo...
