How do I change my password on yahoo IM?

My password on yahoo IM got stolen and changed. how do i obtain a new one and change the old password ?

    You can write to yahoo and as long as you have the information they request they will reinstate your account to you with a new password. But you should be able to do this yourself by clicking on forgot my password in the pop up information box where you sign in. security questions will be asked, once answered they will email you the password that the thief is using and you can regain your account again then quickly change the password.

just create anothert new account then you get a new one and of course you will put a new password, right? :> OR it sometimes may be just system errors..
