How can I restart a yahoo account?

Can not sign in to Yahoo IM .. I tried to restart/created new account even/I can not sign into only messanger.

Answer:

Hi ... first you have to go to Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs & uninstall Yahoo IM ... then restart your computer ... run a virus scan to make sure you don't have a virus .. once you have the all clear from that - restart again then download & reinstall Yahoo IM. When you reinstall .. make sure you temporarily disable your Virus Protection .. Once installation is finished make sure you restart your Virus Protection. Quite complicated, I know, but it will ensure you a clean install. Good Luck!!
