you just need to folllow these steps:- preferences>general>edit mobile device>then a web page would open asking your mobile model and number,enter your details>they would send you one code through sms>again you need to type it in the webpage. THIS CODE SERVICE IS USED FOR MOBILE REGISTRATION PURPOSE AT YAHOO. but since you have added a number before just change the model number and the corresponding cell number you want in that webpage i hope this helps you

after u opened the mobile page, delete ur old account completely, then come to yahoo , click on sign in to mobile device ,enter everything from the beginning as u had done it before. a new message will come into ur mobile, enter the code, and then u r done.
