What is a "Yahoo rare ID?

Sometimes yahoo deactived some yahoo id . why ? and what can i do to active my id for ever ?

• i am active in yahoo messenger , yahoo 360 , yahoo answer , yahoo group (i have 2 group) , yahoo music and .... but i fear yahoo deactive my yahoo acount . i have 2 friend and their acount was deactived , i sign up in 2005 and i have this acount for 3 year i have +800 add list on yahoo messenger please answer me what can i do ?   if your ID is deactivated, it doesn't exactly mean that yahoo did it. it could be that one of your friends in your list did it; locked it; per se. but if you highly think that yahoo had done it, you may file a complaint to the customer service center (which is not really an exact answer though as you will pass lot of difficulties as yahoo will not always trust any complain given). for better security, you need to subscribe from yahoo to fully secured your ID/account in which you need to pay a monthly charged. if you think that your ID had been deactivated for a quite of time, try to reinstate it and see if you will be granted for your request. if not, it means that the account is still active in another services of yahoo and you have to wait the time until it fully erased from their records in order to reinstate it again. sorry for the loss of your ID.
