Is it still possible to add yourself to windows live messenger?

How do I add a group of contacts saved on Windows Live Messenger to Yahoo Messenger?

  I don't have Windows Live Messenger,as i didn't sign up for that(even though i have it on my PC) But i do have Yahoo Messenger,so i can help you out,..hopefully! ;) You will need to open up you're Yahoo Messenger first and click on the tab that say's:"Contacts" then " Import Contacts". A box will open up and show what Mail Addresses you can Import Contacts from on you're Computer. I.E : "Yahoo Mail" (You're Email Address here!)-Address Book. "Microsoft Outlook" ( You're Email Address here!)-Address Book. "Windows Live Messenger"(You're Email Address here!)-Address Book. etc etc ... You choose the one you want to Import Contacts from, (tick the box!) and click Continue... It will then,Import all the Contact details in one go,..and they will be added automatically to you're New "Yahoo Messenger Contact List" and assessable from the "Contact" tab. Once you have done that,..you can make a Group to put these new Contacts in that you have Imported from Live Messenger. Here's how you do it: Contact's ->Manage Groups-> Create new Groups(give it a name you like and save it!) If you want to copy the new contacts you have imported click:"Copy to Group". Or if you want to move them: click:"Move to Group" What ever you want to do,..it will do it! ;)
