Where can I talk to someone line for Yahoo tech support?

One of my yahoo profiles (__LoisLane__) is online, according to a friend who is aware of two different accounts/profiles I have, and has both __LoisLane__ and Bazmeh on his Messenger. I know I have not logged into __LoisLane__, nor can I imagine why it is being used or how, as I have not used it for some years. I tried logging in to the account (and I did with success yesterday) to change the password, but my attempts to change the password failed. Please help. Who can I speak to live to resolve this?

There is no tech support for free Yahoo! Accounts. I think someone is pulling your leg. I just checked that profile, even tried using only one "_" before and after "LoisLane", both showed as offline. As for your password question, since you provided exactly zero details regarding your inability to change it, I've no idea what to tell you.
