How do I add my groups to my My Yahoo page?

How do you add a "join now" button for groups on yahoo 360 page???

  • on yahoo 360 page , groups still show as none even though have set up and can pull through as rss feed but not able to place in "groups" section on top page as no where to put it!!!

  • Answer:

The Groups section on 360 should eventually show the Group Picture for your groups that are listed in the directory and non-adult and that you are a member of under the profile that you are using for 360. However, it doesn't always work that well. It can take a while for it to appear. To add a join button, you'd have to use HTML code in a blog entry. You can copy/paste the HTML code from the Promote section of your group into the blog entry. (Don't forget to check the html box.)

ITS CALLED HTML TAGS The HTML for a basic link looks like this: <a href="http://URL">TEXT</a> With this code, someone looking at your webpage will see the word or words you have as the TEXT. This text will be highlighted, and when clicked on, the browser window will go to the address specificed by the URL. You can also create a link that people can use to email you. In the example above, just replace the http:// with mailto: and use your email address in place of the URL. It would looks something like this: <a href="mailto:[email protected]">Emai… me!</a>
