In Oracle, how we can make database file?

In Yahoo Groups, Can you make either 1 file mod only or 1 database mod only?

  • We need a private place to keep a list of people who violate policy, but is visible to both mods. I tried to do it both ways, but there is not a way to make just one file or one database private. Also it is for a freecycle group if that helps.

This has a number of advantages. * you can chat to each other on it, without relying totally on email * you can upload files of standard responses to it * you can create databases on it * you can use it with the Freecycle Moderation Firefox plugin which works with Yahoo groups to ease the work of moderators
