Where does 'personalize this page' on my 'MY YAHOO' page mean?

How the hell do I get to have my comments posted on a public Yahoo page! I do not mean appear on my personal p?

No matter where I am on Yahoo that has a "comments" section underneath a story, I post and post comments until the cows come home and my comments NEVER appear! This pisses me off, what the heck do you have to do to get your opinion posted on a public Yahoo page? And I don't mean my personal buzz page!

Yahoo has the ability to disable IP addresses from posting, even though they do not give yahoo group owners that ability. it could be your comments wont post due to a past comment, and they blocked that IP address. if you can, try changig your IP addy and see if the post goes through.
