Is there any way to change the name of my Yahoo group?

Name visible when Web-posting to a group?

I have just created a Yahoo! account and joined a group with it. When I post to the group using the Yahoo! Web interface, I see the following as the sender of the post: <Yahoo! ID> <e-mail address> I would like to see <My name> <e-mail address> How do I change my account or group membership to do that? I can't find any way to do it Thanks, Alex
Answer:

go to Yahoo mail- click mail options (right top)- under management click General Preferences- under Name and Email enter the name- click save

well the group you joined..in order to hide your yahoo id and e-mail it would have to be up to the owner of that group..If they were to change it to hide everyone id..they could not us the polls in that group if the owner wanted to add one ..even if you do that to your group..yahoo has Always had some draw backs on stuff like this for years..you don't really get a choice in the matter
