Why can't I access my email box?

The moderator cant access the group, is there a way moderator can get email address changed in yahoo groups?

• Hello The only moderator of my group cant access the account due to some issues, is there a way to request. 1. change in moderator's mail address. 2. change the moderator from current to a new (off course the members of group cant do it on their own as the moderator himself cant access the account)

  they'd need to access their Yahoo account in order to change this. if they can not access it, there's not much they can do go to this link- http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs click add email address on top left- follow steps and confirm address. then go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the column Email Address click the arrow for the drop down box and select new address- click save changes
