How many members are allowed in a Yahoo group?

How can I access a members-only group which no longer recognises me?

  • Away from my desk for 3 weeks, I return hungry for fanfic, and one of the three Yahoo groups I subscribe to (buffywantswillow - a Buffy/Willow femmeslash group) tells me: "Sorry, this group is available to members ONLY. You are not allowed to access this group." But I *am* a member. I read it regularly, post occasionally, and I've not done anything to annoy anyone there. I don't see any way to contact the group administrator to query/rectify this, either. Can any of you good people advise, please? Thanks in anticipation.

    if it's a closed/ invite only group, you wontbe able to see the homepage as you stated. go to this link and see if that group lists here- http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups did you try to send an e-mail to the group? if you were gone for 3 weeks, you may had been bouncing and the owners removed you. if that is the exact title of the group, this will be the owner address, e-mail and ask for another invite [email protected]

Look at the bottom of the site. There should be an email address for the group owner.
