How can I find my groups?

How come I can't find the groups sending me invitations to join when I use the Search Groups option?

• I have received 2 invitations to joion Groups in the last week. When I go to the Groups Home Page and search for them, no such Group shows up. I would prefer to view a Group, and what it is about, before joining it.

  within that invite, to the right in gray says Join, click it. it brings you to the page where you fill out the join form, however there as well is a link View groups Homepage (something like that) that's how you view the page. if by chance it is a smut group or a group of which you do not know the owner, you have the choice to report it. if you do, include the group title, URL and header and Yahoo will delete it abuse form http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/abuse.html?from_url=http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/
