How do I forward emails from Yahoo to non Yahoo account automatically?

How do I stop getting email from a yahoo group to my non yahoo email account?

I joined a group and a month later I started getting emails everytime someone commented on a something. I deleted from the group and still I am getting emails on my non yahoo account. I have tried everything I can think of. Can anyone help me.
