How can I unsubscribe to my other yahoo!groups?

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from dashdiet @yahoogroups. the unsubscribe link is ineffective.?

• a little while ago I subscribed to [email protected] it is an informative site but I've being overwhelm by emails as many as 10 to 20 a day, lots of them by the same person and in the same day. I've tried every thing but to no avail. Blocking their email addresses fail, for as fast as I block new ones appear. This group must have thousands of members so blocking is useless. also the unsubscribe link at the bottom of page is non effective. I've even visited the dashdiet website. but they don't have any info. on unsubscribing only on subscribing. last when I go to yahoo groups to get this resolve they either say they have no knowledge of my membership for that group or that I have the wrong group. HELP!

  You can stop the emails simply by going to the group, clicking on "Edit Membership" at the very top. It's okay to have your email address checked for receiving messages. Scroll down to where it says "Step 2. Message Delivery". One of the choices there is "Special Notices - Receive only important email notices from the group moderator". That way you can go to the message board on the site to check out the messages there. I belong to several groups and get no emails. When you get a lot, that's a good sign that the group is active, and you said you liked the group. So I'd just change your preferences as suggested above. Be sure to click "Save Changes"... and you won't get those emails. If you really want out even though you can select not to receive all those emails, just look to the very bottom of that page after you click on "Edit Membership" when you first get to the site. Right next to the "Save Changes" button are 2 other buttons. One is "Leave Group".
