I can't open my e-mails. how do I fixed.

Cant get emails?

  • Joined a yahoo group and then stopped reciving emails. Was told by group to check my yahoo account and there they were along with 16000 other emails more than a year old. could not delete with out veiwing all. Took more than three hr. Changed settings so emails go to a different email address. This worked . Loged on to yahoo to dubble check and cant access email without doing a online chat. Not interested. Your system is very slow and hard to navigate. I wish only to send and recive emails from my yahoo group at my primary email address which is not a yahoo account. If I cant do this I will no longer be a member of my group. I dont need the headake of trying to use your site. If there is a solution let me know if not I will quite your site permently group or no group.

    Yahoo mail service is free, if your not happy with it I recommend you gen a different server. As for yahoo, except no customer service for a free yahoo service. Good luck

Carolyn, Go into you profile area. Perhaps you have something (Checked) that shouldn't be and that is why you're not getting the group emails. Perhaps also you need to set up a different profile (username). Good luck.
