How do I access a Yahoo group archive?

I lost my access to my Yahoo Group. Please help?

• 4 days ago I upgraded my Yahoo Messenger and installed the Yahoo Toolbar. Right after that I went to Yahoo Answers and found that I had lost my # 3 level and my 26% rating. It had dropped to zero. Fortunately, I resolved that issue on my own. I also am an owner/ moderator of a Yahoo Group and found that I cannot access my own group. I could not resolve that issue on my own so I sent an email to Yahoo Tech Support. No response in 2 days so I sent another. Now it has been 4 days and I still have no response from Yahoo. Does anyone have any insight on how I might regain access to my Yahoo Group? The members are now emailing me to update the files in the Group so they can use the information. Please help. I'm nearly desperate! Thank you in advance.

  Since you have access to yahoo, obviously, check that you are: These are some obvious things to check 1) Using the same browser you always used before 2) That you try signing in to Yahoo with hte dsamesign in you use as moderator 3) Edit your yahoo membership and make sure the settings are as you want them and RESAVE even if you change nothing. 4) Does your group show up under My Groups when you sign in to yahoo? If so, then it should get you access. 5) Reboot your computer if you have not already. Sometimes the registry needs to be updated when you make changes. Then relauch the browser and see what happens. 6) Try signing in with a different browser from the one you added the upgrades to. One more thought after you get this fixed, assuming you do -- create 2 different group owner identities, one using your regular email and the other using your yahoo email. That way if one gets fouled up, you might be able to sign in with the alternate one. Hope of these helps you. Did you post your problem in the Moderator support group?
