How can i send message to group members as moderator?

hi i am runnig a yahoo group as moderator and owner. and i want to send message to the members as moderator. so that my actual email address and name is not published>
Answer:

- set yourself to moderated (so your messages need to be approved) - go to post via the group interface, and tick 'special notices' at the bottom (this will mean anyone on 'special notices' rather than daily/individual will also get it) - write and post your message - go to 'pending messages' and edit your message - take out your email address, and replace it with the group owner email address it will still show your yahoo id, but the email address will be the group, and replies will go to it (there's no way of hiding your id; you could however create an alias and send moderator posts from that instead)

you can do this as a calendar reminder, who created it, e-mail or ID wont show. many owners do the calendar reminders when they don't want to broadcast who the owner of the group is.
