Is Yahoo phasing out Adult Groups?

• In the past two weeks, I have set up a new group for my girlfriend in order to boost her self esteem and for her to have something to do! the first tiem , I had almost 150 members overnite! and the second time, about 90. I have done it twice now, changing the name slightly because you can't use the same one and each time it was deleted two days later! I follow the Yahoo TOS strictly! And Have no idea what I have done wrong! Both her and I are recovering addicts and I use my groups as therapy as well for my recovery and wanted her to do the same. I Also own an Adult group that I have had for almost 2 years now and a VERY good group and VERY WELL respected among most of the adult groups. And HIGHLY rated among Yahoo Adult Groups as well. And I have NEVER had one single problem with it! My main group is much different than most too, we discuss everyday issues that are related to ADULTS! Including jobs, weather, the economy, sex, etc. in addition to having FUN! All they have told me is I may have violated Yahoo's TOS. But would NOT give me a clear reason! I also operate several websites and off line business's as well. I feel there is someone in the organization who doesn't like adult groups and abusing their position in a effort to delete and stop adult groups. One of my members even told me another group he belonged to, was deleted too for no apparent reason. Just yesterday, 9/4/09, the same day my second one was! I have wrote Yahoo with my concerns and hope they do something! Another point I made to them was that Yahoo is supported by advertisers and there are thousands of adult group members from around the world who help support them as well, and if they are phasing out adult groups it will only hurt the advertisers who support Yahoo in the long run, losing potential customers! I am afraid of taking the time and effort it takes setting up another group and then it just gets deleted two days later! If they are phasing out adult groups, why even allow anyone to set one up in the first place, instead of me taking so much time and effort to do it and then just delete it! And as far as I am concerned, I DID NOTHING WRONG! and SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!

  I doubt adult groups are going any where. All it takes is one complaint and it found to be true. it could be adding members w/o permission, sending invites to unknown people, copyrighted material... and on and on. Yahoo only deletes groups due to violations, so if they did it, they found a violation. sorry.
