Am I able to make an iframe (using HTML) in my Yahoo Group or am I only able to use certain HTML codes?

Why do you want to use iframe in yahoo group description? What is your intention? The reason I question your using it is the only iframes I have ever seen were in emails and they were intended to activate a virus. You need to ask Yahoo support if they allow this. I wouldn't want you activating anything on my computer, and I suspect others might feel the same way.
