Has anyone ever had a group interview at Macy's recently?

I have a m.a.c interview it's a group interview can anyone tell me what's a group interview????

  • interview

  • Answer:

I think this is a common technique when the job in question involves working with people--the potential employer wants to see how you behave in a group setting. The questions are likely to be a bit different than the standard job interview--they may not ask as many questions about your past experience, but instead may ask everyone in the group to respond to hypothetical situations. Sometimes in group interviews they will ask the group to role play different scenarios that might relate to the job. My best advice would be to try to behave at the interview the way you would on the job--friendly and helpful, courteous to the other group members, etc. Good luck!

You get interviewed as a group. As in more interviewees than interviewers. ^_^
