How can I see attachments in messages?

I'm in a yahoo group and picture attachments on messages say "not stored". What do I do to see them?

  • I am currently in a yahoo group. When I open messages that have pictures attached it says the pictures are attached, there filename, and file type, but says "Attachment(not stored)" and they will not show up. I really would like to see these photos. Thanks!

    Yahoo automatically strips picture attachments when messages are posted on Yahoo groups to prevent viruses from getting to the group members. The pictures do show up in emails from the group for members who have their email delivery set to Individual Email. If you do not have yours set for Individual Emails, this is how to reset it: Sign in to your group. Toward the top of the screen, click on Edit Membership. Scroll down to Step 2. Message Delivery. Click one time in the blank circle in front of Individual Emails. At the bottom of screen, click on Save Changes.
