    To my knowledge, no. The only thing you can do is start a new group, and post a message to the old one telling the members about it. Your message should explain the situation, and invite the members of the old group to join your new group. If you do create a new group, it's probably a good idea to post the message about your new group periodically, at least for the first couple of months, so your message doesn't get lost under all of the spam.
