Why are there so many problem's with groups now?

I am having problems with my yahoo groups can someone tell how to contact customer care for yahoo groups?

  • Actually i am not getting messeges from the yahoo groups I've joined, I have tried everything but nothing worked. My mail usage is only 2-3%, my yahoo id is in : yahoo.co.in domain but the groups i've joined are in: yahoo.com domain.Is this problem has arised due to incompatibility between these two domains?can someone help!

    hmm. i am not sure why it's not working! are you sure you have all your groups set up to send you mail? i personally like to read all messages in the group site-to me it's easiest to view threads & check out all the extra stuff that the group has to offer-maybe you should consider doing that. here is the help site for groups: http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/groups/
