How can I make my Yahoo! Group more popular? Nobody joins them!?

    Join other groups of the same genre and ask the owner if you can advertise your group, most will oblige if you ask politely first. Add a link to your MySpace/Yahoo 360. Remember first impressions are everything, so make sure your front page is inviting and not bland. You don't say what your group is about but widen the scope of the genre. Add your group link into the 'source' section of every question you answer and explain a little about it.

Please don't despair. It takes a while to get new members. Several months went by before I got members for my group and now I have nearly 30. So please don't give up. Try to make your group inviting an friendly with a nice inteoduction and friendly picture. Do it as if you would want to join your group, I hope this helps and good luck. Remember don't give up.
