Hi i've a simple question that is how a member of a yahoo group can be made moderator after forming a group

a group's been formed recently and there are some members at the time of formation there were a moderator.but after some times another moderator was required.how can a simple member of a group can be given the previlige of a moderator. with thanks mahfuz
