Yahoo groups problem?

How do I simply report a Yahoo!Groups problem without using their Tech Support form?

  • I would like to report a problem with Yahoo!Groups (like where the dates are all screwed up and it says I joined a group three months before I actually did), but Yahoo's Tech Support form page (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/ownmod/forms/general.html...) never works. Hmm, that's another problem I'd like to report too. It doesn't accept my input and just keeps complaining about missing information, when there are no fields in which to enter that information. So, how do I go about reporting problems to Yahoo? I don't need someone to help me do anything, I just want to report these problems to them, so that they can hopefully improve their product by getting rid of the bugs. Thanks.

the form works for me, not sure why it wouldn't for you- that is the only way to report anything to Yahoo unless you're a paying customer all there is, is the help form and reporting via that probably will eventually result in improvemements. at the top of that link you provided, is a Contact Us tab, which is this link help form http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/ownmod/forms/general.html;_ylt=Arz4ruP4UvDhafYZVOhh8SoKCXdG?from_url=http://messages.groups.yahoo.com/Groups/Moderators/threadview?m=tm&bn=grp-issues&tid=28812&mid=28818&tof=1&frt=1
