How do user without a yahoo account join a yahoo group?

I'm trying to create a yahoo group to use as an e-mail distribution list. Not everyone that I'd like to include has a yahoo e-mail address. I belong to other yahoo groups that allow non-yahoo members. How do I set up such a group?

they can join via e-mail subscribe, but they wont have access to the group at all, they'll just be e-mail members. that e-mail subscribe is default to all groups, there is no setting for it How do I join a group? http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/members/manage/manage-06.html
