How do non yahoo email users join yahoo groups?

I do not have a yahoo email account, can I still join yahoo groups, without a yahoo email account.

You can join any Yahoo Group by sending an email to the group like this: [email protected] This way you will get all emails to the group to your non-yahoo address. However, you will not be able to get to the group's website. In order to do that you must go to yahoo.com (or your country's site) and sign up. As you do that make your non-yahoo address one of the alternate addresses. Then to get into the site on any given day you must sign in like any other yahoo member. Then you can go to www.yahoogroups.com, see your yahoogroups and go into them. However, since you got here that means that you already DO have a yahoo membership. Just make your non-yahoo address one of your alternates.
