How to upload a file to OneDrive?

Unable to UPLOAD file to yahoo groups account.?

Unable to upload a file to yahoo groups. It is a PDF file 2,600 Kb. I get the upload file screen all set up and press "Upload File" ... the screen seems to be working but simply freezes. The last thing in the activity window is "http//groups.yahoo.com /group/sfupld/... " /sfupld There is plenty of file space in my group, and I changed the name of the file to be only a few characters, per some older posts. But the upload simply stalls.

If you have dial-up internet connection, it might have timed out due to the size of file.
