Another name displaying in yahoo groups?
-
When I look at the members list in my group, under my display name/offline/send message, in the name-age-gender-location area, another name is displaying as my name. Yahoo doesn't have this other name on file for me, only my non-yahoo email address does. Other people in the group can see this too. How can I either change or hide this? I'm not willing to change my non-yahoo email address' display name.

Answer:
This is an interesting question. I would look at your profile and see what info is added there, and also check this area- go to mail- click mail options (right top)- under setting click mail settings - under From Name, back space out the name- click save changes upper left
