How do I delete a group?

As owner/moderator of a group, how do you delete a group site if it's no longer needed?

  • I have set up a group site that's not in use and I have no use for. How do I delete it? There's no other members, it didn't fly. I tried a new approach in another group which is doing well. So I want to delete the useless one but I can't find any options to do so. I can't 'Leave' the group without giving it to another owner, and there are no other members. How do I delete it?

  • Answer:

    Click management lower left on your group home page. Then you will see "delete group." Click and follow the prompts

for old group style- management- under group settings is the delete- click, next page enter reason and click confirm
