What do Yahoo members need to do to sign in to Groups? ?

What do Yahoo members need to do to sign in to Groups? I am a member of both Groups and My Yahoo. The answers I see here only lay out the detail for non-Yahoo members. I am a Yahoo member. Sometimes there are miracles and a unique combination of clicks and login -- that I have not yet isolated -- get Yahoo Groups to recognize me and logs me in and I can see my groups. But most of the time I am merely presented with the main Yahoo Groups page repeatedly.

how it's suppose to work is top middle of a group page, if you're not signed in via the web, you click Sign In and it takes you to a sign in page where you enter your ID and password and also the option to stay signed in for 2 weeks.
