Where are attachments stored?

I belong to several groups. I cannot get attachments, altho others can. It says "attachments not stored".

  • The attachments are often minutes to their meetings. There are other members that cannot receive also, and we have to ask them to send an individual email to us. If anyone has any ideas, I'd sure appreciate them. Thank you!!

    attachments are not stored on the group, just as it says. you need to set your mail to individual to get them
