How To change language in yahoo groups?

How do I change menu language in Yahoo Groups!?

• I have already set English as a language in my Yahoo Groups! But when I click on the Management link in a Yahoo Group that I am the owner of, I see the text in some foreign language. I am unable to resolve this with all the answers previously posted. It seems to be a unique problem. Please guide.

  the primary language setting is under the description are of the group, which Yahoo states right there "This is only a descriptor. It does not affect message formatting or content". it's suppose to do just that and you're not suppose to be able to change the language format. if a group is created in the USA server, you're not suppose to be able to change the format to German, just as if the group was created with the Germany server, you cant change it to English.
