How do I modify my yahoo group's home page and add promote buttons?

Can anyone tell me how to add a photo to my Yahoo groups home page? I keep going into edit in the description?

page, but when I click add photo, it prompts me to upload pics to the group's album. i want to include it as the appearance on the home page when members click on it
