How many members are allowed in a Yahoo group?

Why are my yahoogroup members being asked for a yahoo identity to participate in a group poll?

I have a group on yahoogroups. I am having the members vote on an issue but many are not being allowed to vote due to not having a yahoo id. why
Answer:

members who don't have a Yahoo ID and joined w/o one become e-mail only members. members have to have a Yahoo ID for the polls or any other group feature like files, photo's and links. this link below as a Membership Wizard to help those e-mailonly members (w/o Yahoo ID) sign up How could I join a group without getting access to its web features?
