How can I be a good moderator?

How can I make another member a moderator of my group?

• When I go into my groups members list, at the bottom of the page I see two crowns. The blue = owner and the gold one = moderator. I have the owner symbol next to my username. How can you make another member a moderator, or is the owner the only one who can be a moderator?
