Why can't I delete the photo on my Yahoo Group Home Page?

I am the moderator of the group and I'm trying to change the home page picture but I keep getting the error message "Unmarsh the xml response failed. Error code : 107". I've changed the picture a million times before, but the last two days I keep getting this message and it won't work. Does anyone know why?

I can not answer your question, but I wanted to let you know that I am having the exact same problem as well. I've tried various photos, and file names and the same thing happens. I hope this resolves soon. Wish us luck! If it makes any difference, I'm on a Mac, but never had this problem before.
