How can I have a private yahoo.group?

I started a yahoo group intended for my study group members only and someone else found the group via the net and joined it. I've looked all over for some kind of setting that would allow me to make the group private but can find nothing. Is there a way to do this?

2 choices to help management- under group settings click membership- Membership Type and Welcome Message (Edit)<-- click the edit- select closed or restricted (approve members)- click save settings or management- Description & Appearance- Description (edit)<-- click the edit- scroll to listing type and select it not to be listed- click save changes
