How to unsubscribe from yahoo groups for a deleted email?

  • Hello, we have a business email that subscribed with some of yahoo groups. we deleted this email and make it as a n alias for another email. so the other email now receiving emails from yahoo groups. how can we unsubscribe from yahoo groups in this case? Thanks inadvance

    If you wish to leave a Yahoo group as a member: Go to the group's site, click edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and check leave group Click save changes and you should be out. It may take a day to take effect. Sending an email usually doesnt work. or, go below: http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups Click edit my groups you will see where to check and save to leave your groups

those who joined a group via e-mail subscribe or were added members can only leave by the unsubscribe e-mail, but leaving a group via the unsubscibe e-mail is faulty, if that's the only way you can leave, you will need the help form http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/members/contact/ygbugform.html go to group home page and click edit membership top middle of page- bottom right click Leave Group- next page confirm and click Leave or go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column check the small box - click save changes
