Why am I not getting the e-mails posted in my group?

I left a yahoo group but I'm still getting all the emails from that goup. How can I stop this?

• I joined a business group on Yahoo, but then I start getting all those emails from all the members of that group. Then I decided to leave the group and I did, but I still get the emails from that group and I don't know how to stop this. Is there something I can do? Please help.

  There can be a delay in quitting a group and the email stopping, especially if you do it from the group website. The email commands are usually a little quicker. If you are still getting emails, you can try rejoining, setting yourself to no mail, and then quitting again. You can set to no mail by sending an email to groupname-nomail @yahoogroups.com (groupname is the actual group name and no space in the address). Then unjoin again by email groupname-unsubscribe @yahoogroups.com.
