I have a Yahoo Group and it was moved from one category to another?

My question is why did they do that? We originally formed the group so we could chat because it is against the rules of Answers. We had one member that was causing problems in our group and he was expelled. Two days later we find our group in the adult section, with SMUT advertising, and we are all getting porno spam. I filed a complaint with Yahoo Groups help. Can they just do that without investigation? And this person who was expelled was also a perv? Should I close the group and start another? I am at a loss here. Please any insight would be appreciated.

Yahoo can do anything they want, says so in their own TOS. however, this happens to many groups due to complaints. yahoo will change the category than risk another lawsuit. they hardly have the time of the zillions of complaints to investigate each complaint fully, and it would be a waste of resources. also, there is a bot doing this to many groups for no reason at all, send in the help form but don't send a complaint, send a request since you don't know for sure how the category got changed.
