How do I add a members name when their email address is already listed in my group?
-
Before I took over as moderator, a lot of members were already added to my group...whoever added them added ONLY their email addresses, not their names, so that we know who each email address belongs to. For new members, I can add the names with no problem. How do I add the names to the pre-existing email addresses, without having to delete the email address and re-adding them? Thanks.

Answer:
who ever added them could only add their e-mail addresses, and if you notice those added members do not have a Yahoo ID listed in that column either, which is where the names come from. they are e-mail only members and you can not add a thing like name
