How do I access a Yahoo group archive?

I lost my Yahoo Answers rating/level and access to my Yahoo Group. Please help?

4 days ago I upgraded my Yahoo Messenger and installed the Yahoo Toolbar. Right after that I went to Yahoo Answers and found that I had lost my # 3 level and my 34% rating. It had dropped to zero. I also am an owner/ moderator of a Yahoo Group and found that I cannot access my own group. I could not resolve either issue on my own so I sent an email to Yahoo Tech Support. No response in 2 days so I sent another. Now it has been 4 days and I still have no response from Yahoo. Does anyone have any insight on how I might regain access to my Yahoo Group and re-instate my level and rating in Yahoo answers? The members are now emailing me to update the files in the Group so they can use the information. Please help. I'm nearly desperate! Thank you in advance.

all I can offer is make sure you're signed in on the web to your ID and look for your groups here http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups Yahoo Messenger should have nothing to do with anything, and I really wouldn't think the tool bar would, either. if anything, uninstall that tool bar and see if anything changes.
