Why do I keep getting an error message when I use Yahoo?

What is with the error message?

• I keep getting that stupid yahoo error message that you get when you've used too much bandwidth in yahoo groups. Just I typed a particularly long message and I guess some how that takes up too much bandwidth. Is there any way to bypass this? These days anything I do, from look up my friends profiles, to posting a message on groups, sometimes even sending e-mail sets it off and whatever yahoo service I'm using at the time is off limits for 2 hours! What is their problem? I know this is an anti-spam feature, but every social site deals with spam and they do it without cutting off service to legitimate users! Why is yahoo making it nearly impossible to use their serivice? Almost all their new features use heavy bandwidth and on some of them, using it more than once in hour will cut you off! What is their problem? Are they trying to make themselves so unusable that they have to close the doors?
