How to delete post from yahoo groups?

  • I want to delete a post of mine from a group in Yahoo Groups. How could I do that? I posted it several years ago and now it bothers me because of regulations of my current job.

    you'd have to still be a member of that group. if the archives are open, you'd locate the post, maybe do a search of your ID, click to open the post as if to read it, upper left will be the delete tab

If you are the owner or moderator you can delete posts to Yahoo Groups. If you are not look at bottom of the home page of that group. You will see the address of the owner. Send a message to that address asking that the message be deleted and the reason. Most owners would be willing to comply but it is entirely up to the owner.
